Go Exercise Timer is a simple, browser‑based interval timer. These terms explain how you may use the site and what you can expect from me.

Use of the service

  • You may use Go Exercise Timer “as is” for personal or professional use, such as training or teaching.
  • You are responsible for how you use the timer and for any training or therapy decisions you make.
  • The service may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Accounts and content

  • I don't run user accounts or profiles.
  • Your routines, settings, and audio normally stay on your device unless you choose to share a link.
  • If you share a routine link with someone, they may load a copy of that routine in their own browser.

Intellectual property

  • The Go Exercise Timer name, logo, visuals, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, resell, or repackage the core service or branding as your own product.
  • You're welcome to share links to the site or screenshots for discussion, teaching, or reviews.

Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Don't use the site for illegal activity or to help others break laws.
  • If I detect misuse or abuse, I may restrict or block access to protect the service and other users.

Payments, shipping and refunds

  • The core Go Exercise Timer web app is free to use. You don't need an account or subscription to run timers.
  • There is an optional paid Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features such as unlimited saved lists and sharing. Pro is sold as a one‑time purchase through Gumroad, and payments and refunds are handled under Gumroad's own terms.
  • If I significantly change pricing or how paid features work in the future, I'll update this section to explain the details in plain language.

Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws that apply where I operate the service.
  • If a dispute arises, I'll try to resolve it informally first. If that's not possible, the dispute will be handled under the applicable law and courts.

Privacy

  • Your use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
