Your workouts, always ready
- Everything is on the homepage the moment you open the app. Renamed from "My Lists" to "My Workouts" for clarity. Sign in and upgrade to Lifetime to keep your workouts synced across all your devices.
Quick Start
- Jump into a workout instantly with one-tap presets. No setup needed.
See when you last trained
- Each workout now shows the last time you practiced, so you know exactly where to pick up.
A cleaner workout editor
- Creating and editing workouts now opens in a focused editor — less clutter, easier to build your routine.
Smarter timer
- The timer is bigger and easier to read while you're moving.
- Tap the timer to pause or resume, no buttons to hunt for.
- See your total remaining time and exercise progress at the top, always.
- "Up Next" now shows the next round or next exercise, so you always know what's coming.
- Use the left arrow to go back and redo the previous phase.
Clearer rest transitions
- Round breaks and exercise breaks now look different, so you always know what kind of rest you're in.
Better sound controls
- Choose your preferred sound for round end and session complete. More preset options added, with more reliable playback across sessions.
Dark Mode
- Switch between light and dark mode to match your environment — easier on the eyes during early morning or evening sessions.
View Your Routine Anytime
- During a session, the routine panel keeps all your exercises visible: what's done, what's current, and what's next. Need fewer distractions? Switch to fullscreen and let the timer take over.
